LEFORT America Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

 

Sales

·         Build strong relationship with 22 Metal Recycling Corporate Account Customers and be their direct point of contact for all new  LEFORT machine sales

·         Help in selecting the appropriate LEFORT equipment by asking questions and carefully listening to their responses

·         Provide clients with information for reviewing machine options, packages, and features

·         Be able to explain product performances and benefits

·         Describe all options available for customer purchase

·         Build strong rapport with customers

·         Be able to intelligently explain what sets our products and business model apart from our competitors

·         Work closely and manage Dealer Support Managers (CAT Dealers) on pricing tiers associated with different models, their         respective options & territory.

·         Assist with lead generation & manage CRM.

·         Understand and enforce distribution & sales strategies implemented by the company

·         Work closely with Caterpillar and Caterpillar Dealers

 

Marketing

·         Build and implement an annual marketing strategy for the company

·         Work with creative Specialist to design and create our company’s image in advertisements and other marketing initiatives

·         Understand Industry trends and be up-to-date with the market conditions

·         Be on top of all conventions and trade shows that would need to be attended

·         Work closely and build relationships with all publication companies

·         Use and update market research data to understand opportunity and market realities

·         Work with our headquarters in Belgium to make sure marketing and advertising initiatives aline

 

Requirements:

·         Compensation is salary base + bonus

·         Enthusiastic with high energy throughout sales workday

·         Eager to learn about the scrap industry and distribution model

·         Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products in & out

·         Outgoing with a friendly personality

·         Have quality customer service skills

·         Possess strong communication skills
